Retired Couples
Las Vegas has become the home of some of the most well known retirement communites. Famous Del Webb Sun City has retirement communities on both sides of the valley. Sun City Anthem is nestled at the top of the valley in the Master Planned Community at Anthem. The views are breathtaking as the lights of the valley twinkle in the valley below. The residents enjoy the perks of the 75,000 square foot community and recreation center. The Revere Golf Club is close and a golf cart is the only transportation you need to enjoy a round of golf. The many trails get you up and moving. Solera at Anthem enjoys these amenities, as well. The Northwest area of Las Vegas has the gated community of Siena in the Summerlin area, and Sun City Aliante. Choose which side of town you would like to live and we have retirement communities with all of the bells and whistles for seniors that are not quite ready to become couch potatoes.

Growing Families
Las Vegas and Henderson are wonderful places for growing families. Public playgrounds and parks are second to none. Las Vegas has a family friendly environment. Recreational facilities abound. The Art and Cultural society continues to grow. The Parks and Recreation Department offer many artistic performances which are free or quite reasonable.
We have choices for education. There are specialized Magnet Schools for the artistic and gifted students and private schools, as an option to public schools if that is what you prefer.
With our many days of sunshine, it is possible to enjoy the beauty of our desert year round. The Red Rock Recreational area on the West side of Las Vegas is great for for hiking and picnicing. The beautiful Mt. Charleston area is just a short distance from Las Vegas and affords winter skiing. Las Vegas has it all. Your future home is here.

Young Couples
Young couples might prefer a more hip lifestyle. Highrises, now, dot our local landscape in an attempt to Manhattanize Las Vegas. Our skyline is moving vertically. The Panorama Towers, Boca Rotan and C2 Lofts are, but, a few the projects that are great as a preferred location for those wishing to have limited maintenance responsibility for their home. They work well as vacation or second homes with the available concierge services, full service business centers, and the shuttle service to the McCarran International Airport and to the "Strip" resort hotels. You can fly into Las Vegas and have everything that you need at your fingertips. Our current economic downturn, has created some great deals in this product line.
